Thank you Karen for the 4 videos I worked out this morning with you ! I love your last videos of Barre, leg sliming with mini ball, stability ball, band, dumbbells ….. and you help me so much. I can’t go with those hard ones like HIITS, jumps, heavy weights…etc. but love to see your short videos. Got to be careful with my knees and lower back. I’m 55 and thank you again for all you do here in KZbin 🤗♥️ God bless you 🙏 I follow you since last June ♥️

Love your super efficient short workouts🙏. I do have an issue with the ball tho, it never stays in my legs when doing the clam shell exercise🤦🏽‍♀️😭. Any tips? Thank You!

Hi!, So sometimes if the ball is too big, or too small it can fall out. I use a 9 inch ball. Also depending on the texture of your pants in can also slip out. Hope this helps and thanks for working out with me :)
