I love your channel, everytime I have a shit mood I just go and watch your videos. You are so funny, I love itttttt, you always make my day. Thank you! I was wondering if you could do a video where you could talk about how to not to be afraid or shy to train in front of guys and all the fit girls lol as I feel so uncomfortable around them while training. They lift massive weights and I literally feel like a potato next to them. I also lift and do lots of weight training, I know they also started from the bottom to be where they are right now but still. Esp. the main gym has all the trainers there watching as well and it just makes me feel so bad. I am so glad that my gym has the LADIES AREA so I can do my workouts normally. But not every gym has it and it just puts me down so much. Thanks for being such a positive person Whitney. Love your channel so much ♥♥♥♥

Can always count on you to help me spice up my routines, so sick of seeing the same basic hanging leg raises! They are a bomb exercise I completely get that, but it gets a bit boring, ya feel? Would love to see another HIIT circuit and a back workout!
