I don't think it was a smart meter ,but it was an electric meter for sure. There were no posted signs ,so I took full advantage. Lol

It's like you have your own tv show now with the preview of what you've found coming up next in your travels and then your theme tune with a montage to remind us after the break of what we've discovered 😁 It's like Red Dead Redemption crossed with Antiques Roadshow I'm thinking the thing around the back might be to help bend pipes. How are all these places abandoned? Surely one of these millions of migrants would have taken over it by now? It certainly looks like someone's taking care of the grass.

It's definitely abandoned. The dirt and cob webs were apparent. Someone is definitely taking care of the grounds ,probably a neighbor Thanks for the info on the steering wheel looking thing. Lol it's hard telling
