Steve Ronin did you notice any hollow sounds in floor in basement or on walls in rooms that are smaller than the other bedrooms? Also outside do you notice any hollow sounding spots when jumping in certain areas on grass? 3-4 buddies 5 feet apart and stomp the ground in a line covering all areas. Peace, God Bless and Much Love

A dear friend works in the movie production business and gets to know a lot of actors fairly well. Let's just say they aren't who or what most think they are at all. It would be wrong of me to elaborate. I will say that I'm seldom left speechless, but these conversations always leave me in total shock. These people are nothing like they want you to think. Sorry.

@@shirleybuck6918 you need to look up keanu reeves. Hes NOT like other celebrities hes very down to earth takes the subway. Lost his wife and child. Would feed a stranger if he sees one before himself. Keanu reeves is def one of the genuine kind hearted celebrities. Hes a very rare find. That man has been through so much heartache but he still stays humble. Do some research on him and you'll see what i mean. Hes not like everyone else. Not even close that mans a literal angel

@@Javayba7 no he doesnt even want his picture taken but people do anyway. Thats why you see him in these pics riding a train or doing normal stuff. He helped the homeless and has done alot for other people before hisself. There may be crap people in the industry but keanu isnt one of them. You can read about him and chose to believe what you want. But hes not one of those preppy rich people who dont care about anything else hes actually a good person with a good heart.

As it turned out, it was left in ruins😞 Gorgeous architecture, gorgeous furnishings but now sooo very vandalized 😞 This property could be saved & restored once again to it’s former glory!!! Steve, buy it, restore it & live in it!!! I deserves to be loved again ❤️Thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us! I loved it, even though it made me cry😔

Hey Steve, love your channel! I have to say that "The Lake House" is one of my favorite movies. This house looks NOTHING like the one in the movie. The house in the movie was one level and a square structure with windows as walls around the complete house. It sat directly over the lake's edge. You'll see if you watch the movie again.

Deeds something? something? Idk but find out the info. What a shame to pass up a big house like that!! all those windows with its view and right there on the lake or river whatever it is, those Outdoors would be so nice for someone that loves nature. Maybe it won't even cost that much to fix that place and if had friends that know how to do that kind of work, wouldn't charge much. Geezuz I'm getting a little carried a way now, lol 🤣✌🏼

The "portable" oven is a wall oven. It was originally built into the wall of the kitchen. They're nice because you don't have to bend over to put food in or out and they have a window at eye level so you can check on whatever is in there without having to open the door. There would have been a separate cook top that had the burners. Two piece stove, more or less.

Such a great house. Love the big windows and glass walls. Great view from anywhere in the house. Can't imagine what it takes for someone to just leave and abandon that gorgeous place , after all the time and love that was put into building it at the first place ?! If I had the money I'll buy it and make it liveable again. Someone homeless would be happy to have just a ground level fixed for living

@@tammymadriz6857 It would probably cost more to renovate and fix and rebuild those old homes to fit their needs (wide doors for wheels chairs, elevators, special showers and so on) than to just build a new one, that would also cost less in upkeep because it can be built very resource and energy efficient. I really ask myself how old all those people are, that constantly request to just put homeless people in these houses. There still is upkeep to do and to pay. How is it better for a homeless person to live in an old unheated house in the middle of nowhere than live in a group accomodation (we have them in my country) or at least in a city with proper recources like food banks, medical and hospital care for free, methadone therapy if needed, social workers by the state to look after them and help them get back on track. Just shoving them on houses won't make it any better. Homelessness is usually just a symptom, but not the problem
