The "portable" oven is a wall oven. It was originally built into the wall of the kitchen. They're nice because you don't have to bend over to put food in or out and they have a window at eye level so you can check on whatever is in there without having to open the door. There would have been a separate cook top that had the burners. Two piece stove, more or less.

@@tammymadriz6857 It would probably cost more to renovate and fix and rebuild those old homes to fit their needs (wide doors for wheels chairs, elevators, special showers and so on) than to just build a new one, that would also cost less in upkeep because it can be built very resource and energy efficient. I really ask myself how old all those people are, that constantly request to just put homeless people in these houses. There still is upkeep to do and to pay. How is it better for a homeless person to live in an old unheated house in the middle of nowhere than live in a group accomodation (we have them in my country) or at least in a city with proper recources like food banks, medical and hospital care for free, methadone therapy if needed, social workers by the state to look after them and help them get back on track. Just shoving them on houses won't make it any better. Homelessness is usually just a symptom, but not the problem

That place is so amazing. It’s so sad that they just let the place go like that. I would love to have place like that. So beautiful. Great video btw

Kids don't respect architect they just like to break & destroy abandoned houses, I'd rather hang out or live there!!👍🤔👏

I live in an apartment and financially unable to ever have a house again. And people who are blessed with parents to help them just leave a home like that just sit and rott. What a dream it would be if I could have such a home. Sad.

It's too bad people feel the need to go in and trash what's left of the place. Nice place with amazing views. Thanks again! ♡

I don’t think Reeves ever owned this house. It was just in the movie. I’ve never heard he bought this house.

It wasn't in the movie. This guy just used his name to make you click on the page.

They should just parcel out the lot and sell the house to people who would rebuild and appreciate it...
