Yeah, she could have been my mom, about the same age, i was just a kid back in the days when she was a 20 year old adult. The world can be a better place again if you young ones want it :) It's easy, if you really want it. Stop competition, start cooperating, for everyone. Stop planned obsolence, start building things that lasts 50 years. Stop selling things that gets damaged tomorrow and figure how cheap you can make it to scam the other ones in trying to get rich fast in a world everyone does that. Then with quality things you after a while get spare time to think instead of making new things. Then use your heads to think of what counts in life, and not only for youself. When i was a kid walking around on the parking lots i saw cars of the 1960's with ignition keys in the ignition lock, no door locked, i could started them and ran off if i wanted and could drive a car. Noone did lock their doors to their houses back in those days, it was nothing to steal becourse everyone had what they wanted. We saw one that did like to drink alot of alcohol, he often lay around in the ditch here and there. Parents warned us about going and talk to him. We did it anyway. He was a kind man. Look around how things are today with gangs, drug wars, terror, school shootings, and poverty, we had never even heard about something like that back in those days. What have people done since our paradise was around? Make the world a even better place than it was when i was a kid. Can it be better? I dont know. Streets was clean and nice, it was flowers everywhere in peoples gardens. It was flowers on the wallpapers in houses. Things had colors back in those days, not only white, grey and black like it is today. I think the colors represented how good people felt about life. And wow, look at those carvings people had time to put on their houses and furnitures back in the days. Will it be like that again. I dont know. Im too old to do something. But you kids are young, you can do it. Find the love inside, spread the love, you are the love. Spread the love people. Here is inspirational soundtrack from the 80's, in the middle of the cold war, that could be nice to hear on your way. Play it loud and spread this message in a world that to me seems like its half way into worldwar 2 kind of in comparison to what we had when i was young. I loved watching this video series. As i'm from the UK it's quite rare to see lesser known Muscle cars like this Satellite at car shows, but saw one of these a few months ago at bicester heritage Sunday scramble and loved the look of them. I hope this car gets some new steel and gets back on the road. Know it'll be a lot of fabrication and welding but would be worth saving. Great channels the both of you!

The ONLY thing I would have changed about that ending would be having the OG owner watch you guys rip it like that, It mighta brought a tear to his eye seeing that thing roar and have moving tires! Would have loved to see that reaction, but one hell of a revival none the less. I honestly would have kept that as a personal car, and completely restored it into its former glory. Imagine getting someones car like this and having sponsors fund the rebuild and have it show up on the OG owners door step looking brand new and being able to give it back to them! That would be on hell of a video idea! As a car guy myself, that would certainly tug at the heart strings a bit! LOL

If your a little weird and look at cars like people, this series is sorta like an elderly man being rescued from an abandoned life in the nursing home for one more crazy night on the town, like he knows he isn't gonna live (frame on that car looked terminally ill) but at least he gets that last bit of enjoyment before finally being laid to rest... I really enjoyed this whole series, guys, and am a regular on all the channels you mentioned at the end. Thanks for putting out entertaining content like this that can show people a thing or two about bringing old cars back to life. I'll eventually find something cool from the 60s or 70s (or older) to revive on my channel, and you guys are a big inspiration for that. I'm in Indiana, so there's plenty of rusty, abandoned muscle cars and trucks available. I may get started with my 71 Chevy C10 that my grandpa gave to me when I was 16. It belonged to a mechanic friend of his who had passed away a few years before I started driving. I've still got it but it's been sitting for more than a decade and hasn't been started in at least 8 years. It spent its whole life in South Dakota and Southern Indiana, so it has its fair share of rust. Keep up the good work, guys, and I'll see you in the next video!

I stumbled across this and the 1970 Satellite was my first car. I was 14 years old and drove this to school in 1974. The Road Runner, GTX or the Super Bee were Muscle cars. the Satellite was NOT unless it had a 440 or a 426Hemi then it was know as a sleeper. If you would of had someone who had a little MOPAR wisdom the yard art tree seed would still be there where it belongs the left hand lug nuts made me laugh also when there is a backfire fire keep cranking the fire will be sucked into the engine.

I don’t know about those OAM covers, seen those before and I felt like they are a gimmick that’s gonna compound the problem, which realistically is the complete decay of structural parts

What a ride the series has been! You guys are awesome! I've been chatting with Luke a little bit about some ins and outs of recording content and stuff and have decided to start recording my vehicular-shenanigans for people to enjoy... I've been truly inspired by Junkyard Digs, Thunderhead289, Vice Grip Garage, Dylan McCool, Deboss Garage, Mustang429, and many others... Thanks for all you guys do, keep it up, and keep an eye out on the Shenanigans, Wrench, Repeat channel for content coming this winter!

I've seen and done a lot of burnouts, with muscle cars, pickup trucks, motorcycles, even a couple of modified lawnmowers... I've seen and done them on asphalt, cement, caliche, grass, dirt, and even a bar room floor... but I've never seen that much smoke from a burnout on dirt in all of my 51 yrs.

I luv this! Watching my cousin's car (not really but he had a black one in the early seventies) being resurrected was awesome! He had a eight ball on the shift, a chain steering wheel and a foot on the accelerator. Washed and waxed it every Saturday. While his daughters were having tea parties and sh¡t, he'd would show me what part was what on the engine and showed me how to change the oil. He wrecked it three years later and it broke my seven year-old heart.

Legendary revival. Exactly why I subscribe to this channel. The teamwork both of you demonstrated to get this job done should be REQUIRED viewing for others to learn from! Now, for a fun suggestion on a collaborative effort: Junkyard 289 Thunderhead Digs Raise the Automotive Dead 2020 Guys, keep up the great work! I wish I had the time to join you & help (I have my own tools and LOTS of rags). 👍🏼🛠

Definitely enjoyed this series. But that 3 month stretch was an excruciatingly painful wait. Either way, can't wait for the next project. By far my most anticipated content on KZbin.

Really enjoyed watching each episode of the revival of this car. Just goes to prove that with a little persistence and a lot of patience, old things can live again, and that old Mopars never die, they just need two knuckleheads like y'all to get em going again!!! Lol. Good work guys!!!!
