hello i have a question, you got a stress of 1300 Mpa when you were playing the animate, but when you stop the animation the result turn out to be around 70, because there are more than 10 steps in the result, so from which step exactly we can get the right result?

Hey Abaqus Acumen, Lets say the first step is cooling and then u do press fit with contact interference. But this time you can not use shrink option because it is not the first step of the analysis. Can you explain me how to set up the analysis?

You can do the cooling analysis and export the deformed shape. The stress can be exported as initial stress and then perform the contact interface.
