No, they lost their franchises in 1968, so no colour. Only the franchise winners of 1968 got to make colour show for broadcast.

@@moriturama96 No, ABC were sort of merged with Associated-Rediffusion to form Thames Television. ABC had the upper hand in the merger, so most of their shows got recommissioned on Thames.
