Alright so this just killed my quads so much I had to take extra rests... and I can squat 230#... animal flow is legit.

Doing only strength training is just too one sided. You need a bit of everything.

This is what I'm going to do: Step 1: Visit an audiologist and get my hearing checked out! Step 2: Start walking around the neighborhood. Step 3: Light jogging for a kilometer at a time. Step 4: Squats until I can do 10 in one session. Step 5: Do what's suggested in this video. 😛😁 Wish me luck. 👍
