And thank you Tim. 🙏 I am 62 years old and this reminds me of the freedom of movement and playful exercises. I experienced during my first 20 years. I definitely couldn’t do the cart wheels but these exercises connect my body, breath and well-being to our beautiful planet. Thanks peace and love.

very good video. down to earth and steps most ppl can started with in some % of the form. so many videos where it's more like look at me and not a beginner video.

You would love an American wrestling practice lots of this type of stuff but here you make it accessible for anyone slow and controlled as opposed to doing it with explosiveness and speed which is fun too
