I had cancer and I understand how every cancer and it's treatment is different and has different affects on people, but how he pulled off filming these recent movies through treatment is pretty hardcore. I was on deaths door for months and even after treatment stopped I spent months recovering, and 2 years out still have some issues. That guy was pretty tough to pull that off.

Imagine cheering up cancer patients when you yourself have cancer and are silently fighting it. I’m taken aback at the humility, foresight, and his refusal to let ppl into his fight. I jus wished he had come out and told the world he was fighting too. Maybe the millions of prayers he’d gotten would have saved him. Some ppl beat cancer some ppl don’t, but I believe there is a rhyme and reason to anything that happens organically in life

But his story gives us some good thoughts and lessons of life. One thing that he made me so impressed and encourage myself is that no matter what happens in life, never give up, never reveal to anyone, swallow sorrows and unhappiness inside, and keep smiling and shining, keep going till the end of time. He has the greatest faiths and strongest belief in God and that had been his encouragement and his inspiration to be strong for himself and for others and serve God till the end.

Being a Chadwick Boseman fan & guitarist performing originals for bk trailers that included Black Panther, I lament his passing & wish him a hymn. Boseman is already missed as an actor & a representative for various peoples. My favorite films w/ Chadwick will always be "Get on Up" and "21 Bridges."

Just watched Get On Up today for first time and he's absolutely amazing 👏 in that film. I'm watching Marshall where he plays the first African American Supreme Court Justice, Thurgood Marshall. So far, it's good but thing that impressed me the most was Chadwick Boseman gift for embodying characters and becomes the character to where at times, you're watching a real character and not just a actor just playing a part. He was such a gifted, extraordinary talent and a graceful, spirit of a human being.

All of my indescribable inner feelings were already imparted by others here but... I can’t help but wonder why I’m still feeling so sad, because I barely even knew Chadwick before. I wasn’t even a Marvel fan, although I did watch Black Panther. But this really hurt! ‼️ I suppose what makes me the most emotional is witnessing the impact Chadwick had on people, from little kids to famous celebrities to his fellow co-actors. In such a short lifetime, his genuine talents in innumerable films gave hope, a character to look up to. 💔 Not to mention that he was exactly as genuine in real life, doing so many things for others both on and off screen all while battling stage 4 colon cancer. Not once did he ever speak out about his own battles, his own pain, even when met with loving admirers who suffered from the same illness. Suffering himself, Chadwick visited and donated to children cancer hospitals. And not even when he was being made fun of for his weight loss did he speak out. That takes courage and humility. 😭😖 In many interviews with him that I’m now binging to make me laugh, I can physically and spiritually feel his regal aura. That’s why he irreplaceably played King T’Challa so magnificently...because he was a real life hero and king himself. Such grace, such poise! I’m one of many when I admit that his very presence was regal, dignified, and commanding of respect. ✊🏼 Yet he didn’t get puffed up himself, on the contrary, his face showed a sincere modesty. His smile and laugh is beautiful and unforgettable, almost contagious. But what I remark most of all is his eyes. His director Ryan Coogler said he had “eyes that seen much beyond his years, but could still sparkle like a child seeing something for the first time.” 🥺💓 I could only imagine what it would be like to meet him. I never cared to consider it until now. He always seemed very wise and loving. I guess that’s what such a battle of cancer does to you. It completely changes ones inner perspective of life....and maybe that’s why Chadwick made the most of his short time, really as if he “froze time”. He knew. He was a perfect balance of firmness and warmth. He never really had to raise his voice in roles as his magnetic aura commanded attention and respect. 👏👏 And I profoundly respect him for everything he accomplished, everything he endured. I’m certain he will be rewarded in eternity. No matter what, he kept that purpose and faith he spoke of. “When God has something for you, it doesn’t matter who stands against it.” So inspiring! So true! 🙏🏼 Despite my sorrow that continues, I’m comforted that he was prepared for his death. Nothing was unexpected or sudden for him, and he passed in his own home surrounded by loved ones. Not to mention such an important and fateful day God chose him to die on! Nothing is random. God knows everything without fail! It had to be the right time for Chadwick, because if he hadn’t fulfillled his purpose yet, he wouldnt have died. Now, no more cancer. Still, I’ve been crying for this entire week. Death is hard, its like a separation. In reality, Chadwick Boseman has nothing to do with me, but all these things I mentioned of him hit me hard. So hard. And still these words are not enough to express myself accurately. Nothing I say could ever describe how I feel for Chadwick. But then again-how could you ever properly describe a king? Let us never forget this lesson his life has taught us: We never know what somebody’s going through, so never judge! God Bless you, my dear Chadwick. King T’Challa. The one and only Black Panther. My heartfelt pain goes out to your wife and family. Rest in power and perfect peace!! Thank you for everything, and I hope one day I’ll be worthy enough to see you. 💔 The world truly misses the absence of your light. WAKANDA FOREVER! 👑🕊

I Was every now and then always donating to St.Jude before especially on tax's or just randomly but stop for awhile had try pick back up but did not know Where Mr.Chadwick Boseman spent most of last times at St.Jude.. but him giving back breakthrough of peace definitely help some others out great cause saving lives before his time even came and wake up. Impact differently - didn't take off some else plate take credit of but to have gave off his own next life can only be so much greater God's next calling ..and calling very much different speaks on who was throughout career but amongst last couple years St.Jude what he turn into was whole Legend five and half years later still new to but old to but rep Black Panther and forever and more been in game for over 23 years biggest impact imprinted left behind Legendary has still live on ...children biggest reward wonderful spirited gifted individual just doing his thing.

I've been part of the cancer community for 35 years now. I was 7 when I first diagnosed with this terrible diseases. I was the first to have the cancer I have in the world. It was a struggle the first 3 years in the hospital the whole time. Scientists researched were it came from and it was fallout from nuclear bomb test in nevada. To this day nuclear radiation is still transforming viruses and diseases.

PLEASE READ⬇️ Hey guys, this is a lengthy post, but it's one with a cause.. so please take a few moments to read and to help out! Thanks guys. I just watched a video that about a case that happened in 1991 that led to the conviction of a now 53 year old man, Rocky Myers. With very insufficient and contradictory evidence, an innocent man in Alabama who was unjustly tried and sentenced to death by a Judicial Override - which means even though his jury had recommended life in prison, the judge decided to sentence this man to death. He has intellectual and learning disabilities, making it hard for him to understand the means of his own case. His jury was made up of 11 white "peers", one of which was even on record using racial slurs in reference to Myers. He has been let down by his lawyers in the past, and was unable to take his case before the Supreme Court because the limitations on time had passed, unbeknownst to his knowledge from lack of communication on his previous lawyer's behalf. There has been new evidence that has come to light in attempts to prove that Myers' case was coerced by the police in numerous ways, but the ONLY way that he can be pardoned from Death Row is by an Act of Clemency from the governor of Alabama.
