Hmm. I am 65 years old and when I had my physical, I was given a cognitive test. It becomes a normal part of the exam. As a nurse, having worked with the geriatric population, I have performed hundreds of Mini Mental Status Exams. I do believe that Mr. Biden would not pass, based on the number of gaffes, inability to articulate verbally and his lack of spatial awareness.
