Comedy often shines a mirror on our societies, and we rarely like what we see.

I remember when I watched the episode with the Make a Realistic Wish sketch, and the joke that disgusted me most was the Brady Bunch parody involving Josef Fritzl. It surprised me at the time that it got so little attention (possibly because it aired immediately after Make a Realistic Wish and everyone who would have complained must have turned off). It especially surprises me that no one brought it up this time.

Also in that episode was the broadcast from the tally room. There was a baby in a pink jumpsuit who appeared behind Kerry O’Brian, floated up and then down. There was a boy’s arm appeared and seemed to pick Kerry’s ear. Are those “sketches” viewable because those infuriating kids would be in their late 20s now and would like to see that moment when they peaked.
