Hi! Today is another challenge for our abs, engaging all areas of the abdomen! Physiologically the abs are not divided into upper and lower abdominals, they are one whole - the rectus abdominis! But we can shift the load and thus focus on the part we want to use!
The workout is designed for 10 minutes, short series of 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds to rest - a change of position. There are 16 exercises in total, try to perform each of them and reach the end with me! You will be pleased with the effect!
Remember that if you want to see abs cubes on your belly, you have to diet, training alone will not help you, only a symbiosis of hard work, recovery and nutrition!
