1- Incline Barbel Bench press. ( 5 Sets 12,10,8,6,4 ) Last set is Drop set 2- 30 Degree Incline Dumbell press. ( 5 Set Of 10 reps ) 3- Dumbell Flat Press ( 6 Sets To be performed 3 sets normal grip and 3 sets of neutral grip of 10 to 12 Reps ) 4- Super Set ( Pec dec fly With Flat Push ups ) ( 3 sets of 12 to 15 Reps ) 5- Dumbel Incline Flys ( 3 Sets of 10 to 12 Reps ) 6- Giant Set Cabel high to low Reverse Grip Bench pushups Low to High Cable Flys ( 3 Sets. Reps 15 )

I'm 55 years old and started to workout again since November. Been seeing some results having loss 17 pounds. I seem to have plateaued but seeing your videos, it has inspired me to try your incredibly challenging workouts. Was 195 pounds and now 178 pounds. Would like to lose another 10-15 pounds. I know I can do it.

Keep in mind everyone he says this is for advanced lifters...So if you have not been working out for awhile I would not attempt this many sets. (like he also says in the video). Other than that it's a great workout! especially if you hitting plateaus in your physique.

I gotta say his form is pretty much PERFECT !.. I don't think I've seen perfect form in forever --- I mean bad form and people who don't know what they do at the gym is what keeps me in business as a Physiotherapist..

Or you could just bench, shoulder press, and do weighted dips. On different days of course. Do some cable flys and pushups after your workout for a good burnout if you want more.

This workout isnt for those who dont have time or dont have the drive. This is for lifters who want real gains at the cost of supreme physical exhastion. So stop complaining.

Pl advise us about the breathing technic during CABLE FLYS. Is it that we have to BREATH IN while bringing the hands together ?( Contracting) and BREATH OUT while releasing the hands back to begining position? (stretching)

Balbir Bharti try to eat many times a day, for example 6-8 times, its easier than eating 3-5 big meals. Include about 2gr/kg of protein in your meals per day (for example, if you weigh 70kgs, you have to eat 140 grams of protein.) Your meals have to include more than normal portion of fat and carbohydrates, which has a lot of calories. And for example, if you normally eat 3000 calories a day, try to eat 3500-3800 calories. You wont gain fat if you exercise high volume bc of fat burning. Try to also do cardio many times a week. You are going to gain pure muscle weight.
