Similar thread to what Fernanda said but: my friends and I always find that the coolest ppl we know invest a lot of time into themselves. Like, spending time on their hobbies, learning about themselves and what they like/don’t like, people who take the time to understanding where they’re coming from and how that reflects onto the world around them. It makes for very interesting people who are very self-aware and independent, but also who can meet other ppl where they are ❤

Agreed with everything! Ibe actually cut off a couple of people from my life because of their self hate/ self loathing. There truly isn’t anything as powerful as being secure and confident. We all have our bad days of course but it’s so important to find ways out of that self loathing hole and remind yourself about all your wonderful qualities otherwise you will repel people.

I think it's to find who you really are out of all the trends and out of the norm, it's to find who you are when no one's watching and being able to express that. Cool people aren't afraid to dress or act differently, they don't mind if their thoughts and interests are different from others because this is who they are and this is what makes them "unique" and makes them authentically and uniquely themselves.
