The only problem I had with this movie was there simply wasn't enough blood. In some parts of this scene you could still see some clear bits of the floors and walls if you look hard enough.

Also I think these teeth are a lot more “realistic” then just having 2 little teeth bite you like a snake and manage to consume sm blood with two little punctures in your neck

Same but it went so well with the actors. Maybe it was to drain blood in an easier way?? Their edges look as sharp as needles, could cause the victim's bleeding to be very small and steady --> there's more blood for them. Plus Frank and Sammy looked fine asf with those teeth.
