ha, the first key as i mentioned had no supports, so really just a matter of what you want to do, file down any 1 cuts, or cut away a bit of support for any 1 cuts!

That definitely got my attention. Do you think regular pin-tumbler keys would be fine printed in PETG?

I think they would work for some time, but not the longevity of a DD lock, or of a metal key. Pin tumblers have a lot of wear on the key tip and likely after only a few uses would degrade a lot.
