I'm confused... you went analyte-antibody-antibody... isn't the sandwich ELISA supposed to be antibody-analyte-antibody?

nwilczyn I know this reply is late but I hope this helps you. Initially he used an antibody as a capture antibody. This was to coat the well and allow the analyte to be captured. Then a primary antibody was used to target the analyte. A secondary antibody is used to allow for quantitative data analysis on how much of the analyte you have. Hope that helps.
