Hi, I'm from Pakistan and have 5 years bar standing. Please tell me can I apply for exemption. Or is there chances to get exempted. As per my search I can apply for exemption. But not sure what will come out.

Hi Nida, If you are already qualified in a jurisdiction as a lawyer, you are automatically exempted from the QWE requirement. You may apply for exemption from either the SQE1 or the SQE2 exam. I would suggest the latter. If yu would like to email me ([e-mail]) I will be able to send you more info about applying for an exemption from the SQE2 exam.
