Yuppers she helped me go from 300-200 but I gained it back after finding out I had congestive heart failure from a heart tumor. I’m determined to be a solid 200 again. I don’t wanna be skinny but I was definitely thick 😂❤

This is the first Zumba type class that I've ever completed. I've always felt uncomfortable being in a gym doing these moves. I'm grateful that you have fun videos like this. I'm excited to be starting the 30 day challenge today too.

I've been off the cardio wagon for a few month, but I've been a beastess in the gym and I love dancing so I figured, sure, it's a rest day from weights, let's dance around the living room! Thank you so much for these amazing workouts! Started doing the booty pop and the raggaeton workout, combined it with the right diet and lost a lot of weight on my belly, but and thighs! Switching up a different workout from your playlist every week is soo beneficial for weight loss, and once you see yourself progress with the moves and time the feeling is awesome!! I watched this workout and didn't think it looked that challenging, but I tried it anyway and oh my gosh! Surprisingly difficult - I had to pause it to catch my breath and I am soaked in sweat! SO much fun! I love all these dance workouts, they make working out so much fun. Love xox

This is one of my favorite videos of yours. I am doing it since 2013 haha. Haven't done it in a while now and I could tell that even though I haven't done it in so long, I still got a lil better haha. Watching you now is so crazy, since you developed so much and I am so happy. I think you are an inspiration for young women, at least for me. Because I never thought and never believed that you could learn to dance. Don't get me wrong I still kinda suck :D but while dancing along this one I had fun and I guess if you are dedicated to learning while enjoying what you do, you could learn anything or at least improve. I doubt that you will read this tho :)

I am so happy I found your videos. I am trying to work my way to a healthier fit lifestyle and had been doing the normal treadmill and bicycle cardio. I wanted something different because I like to dance. CHILD.......I have sweated more doing 10 minutes of this than doing 40 minutes on the treadmill and it was actually fun. I will admit, I stopped like 3x in 13 minutes but got right back up. Thanks for creating these videos. I am going to get my bestie to do these with me :-)
