I'm a couple of days behind, but I skipped to this workout because of the 15 minute time stamp. On the Friday before Christmas, that's all the gas I had in the tank. Love me some tabatas, too! Agree on the 15 minute or less workouts. Sometimes that’s all I can do on a busy day! Appreciate all the Osteo tips and suggestions too!! You are the best PJ!!!

DAY 8&9 COMPLETE 💯✅ I added this you yesterdays workout and I'm soooo glad I did Loved yesterdays workout and today you know me and abs workout 😅 😅😅😅 Today's workout do was REALLY GOOD idk why but it actually made me slow down to feel my abs (good old pooch) 😅 more than others I found the lying down abs I get around my rib cage but today's..... The pooch 😅😅😅 Thank you PJ sooooo much I'm really enjoying this challenge Steph 🇮🇪

i got so wrapped up in the tesla story that i missed the point... but the next round you cued us to make the other half of the X... your story suddenly had a point for me, and that leveled up the routine. Ha!

Weighted chops are a great drill especially in a strength session with controlled movement - this workout was designed a non-weighted cardio workout 😃
