This was super helpful. Thanks. I had a wreck on my motorcyxle and some of my plastics got completely broken apart. As in separated. I have one of those plasric welder kits that heats up the little wavey staples and melts them into the plastic. Now that Ive watched your video, I wonder if it would be helpful to melt a couple of those staples in....and then paint the adhesive over the entire area ...which would then bury the staples completely. Or do you think the abs adhesive isbstrong enough?

I have not tried those staples but I would probably combine those two methodes.

@@HeikosGarage I found some ABS bars...you think it would work to use that abs cement and "glue" the bars over the crack as a structural support? Also....which exact Oatey ABS cement did you use?

@@JaydubyaX I would give it a try. Do a test with the bars and the ABS cement and see if it works.
