Yesss hahahha I'm so happy you like Arch Enemy. I'm seeing them play in Melbourne tonight actually. They were just in Sydney last night as well. So Arch Enemy is a Swedish band, although the lead vocalist Alissa is French Canadian. They've been around since the 90s, and Alissa is their third vocalist for the band. They are classified as melodic death metal, so hence all the harmony and guitar solos. And here are some of my recommendations. Arch Enemy - Handshake With Hell (here you get to hear her singing voice too) Arch Enemy - Nemesis live in Wacken (my fave live performance of theirs) Arch Enemy - The World Is Yours (an older but also one of my fave tracks) Welcome and enjoy! 👏🏻

For more Arch Enemy, I can definitely vouch for their track “Nemesis [live at Wacken 2016]”: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i3-zfHqvjt-DedE (There’s also the official video for “Nemesis,” but I’d actually recommend the “live at Wacken 2016” version-which is the one linked above-since the Wacken version features Arch Enemy’s current vocalist, Alissa White-Gluz, who I personally prefer over Arch Enemy’s previous vocalist, Angela Gossow.) PS Arch Enemy is a Swedish melodic death metal band, though Alissa is Canadian.

As an old school metal head… this is one of my favorite songs ever and one of my favorite bands. The harmonization of Michael Amott & Jeff Loomis are AMAZING! She has beautiful clean vocals and awesome growls, to the point you can clearly understand the lyrics. I can vouch them live, saw them twice last year. They are just as clean and tight live. If you want to hear some clean vocals (and growls) with intense drops check out “Handshake with Hell”… if you want intensity… check out “The Watcher” it’ll melt your face! Also check out a fan favorite “Nemesis - Live at Wacken 2106”. Alyssa is extremely talented (as is the rest of the band) and insanely beautiful 💙💙💙 love your channel 🤘🤘🤘

Great song and reaction! Arch Enemy is my second favorite female fronted band to Jinjer. Alissa is a beast, but so is their previous singer, Angela Gassow. My all time favorite song from them is an older one with Angela singing called My Apocalypse. But, there newest album, Deceivers, is one of their best. Handshake With Hell is a great song off that album, and one of the very few songs she uses clean vocals in. Nemesis live at Wacken 2016 is also great.

Yes, Alice is very good growler, and also a beautiful woman! Like others, I would recommend "Nemesis" song live from Wacken in 2016. It shows that she is bad ass alive, too! If you like, you could check also her like a guest in the older song by band "Kamelot" and song "Liar, liar". That song have a very good MV, too! Kind of a epic futuristic video...

I like Arch enemy.. guitarist Jeff Loomis is from the band Nevermore, which is one of my all-time favorites. you should really check them out and reaction video.. my acid words or final product , either one of those you would find quite choppy and chunky and pleasurable

They are a melodeath band from Sweden. Michael Amott (guitar) is a pioneer in this type of sound when he was a member in Carcass. The sound became very popular among bands in Gothenburg in Sweden. Therefore also known as Gothenburg metal with bands like In flames, At the gates and Dark Tranquility. You should check out In Flames - Meet your maker, The Halo Effect - Shadowminds.

@RedShift76 Female metal bands and female fronted metal bands are my biggest weakness. I was very much a metal fan in the 1980s, I was into most all male groups that were popular at the time, Ozzie, Scorpions, AC/DC. I was stationed in Northern Germany. I went to my first concert in Munich and their I saw my first true love, Doro Pesch, she was one of the most beautiful women that I ever seen, she had long blonde hair down to her butt. She was the lead singer for a German band called Warlock. She had an awesome voice that was made for metal. So, since that time, I have always had a preference for female rockers.

I prefer Pisces over this style of vocalist. They sound similar but this sounds more manipulated... Also, Pisces has more of a chunky sound rather than this straight ahead metal sound... Quality musicians but sounds like more of the same..
