My Dad took me to Saskatchewan Canada to Rainier Lake when I was 13 which was 41 years ago and we caught a lot of 20 pound pike and lots of Lake Trout. I'll never forget it. It was so fun.

How does this fishing show only have 18.5k subscribers? It's way better. I'm glad I came across this Canada Fishing channel.

I love watching all of these episodes again, even better now not having to wait till next weekend to watch another one like back in the day lol. Still waiting to come across the Pasha Lake episode. Myself and my husband did that trip after watching the show. Amazing drive and an abundance of walleye.. We were told we even got the cabin you all stayed in! Keep up the great fishin❣

Do you remember what year that particular episode aired?
@virginias.40135 жыл бұрын
@@Fishncanada it was before 2011 because that was when we took our trip. Seen the episode the other day as part of my entry question for the 9.9 lol. Loved it! We didn't fish for any white fish while we were there. Just lots of walleye! We call the good ones Walter's lol.

Post spawn pike on the shallows and bait fish ready to spawn on the shallows..that means action Pike and predators are the first to spawn, then whitefish

definitely not the best in the continent, northern manitoba, sask, NWT, yukon, and nunavut have it beat.

Exactly what I thought as soon as he said that Almost sounded like he was talking about musky. I understand he had to make it good for the sponsor, though

I used to love this show, but you know, they take so damn long to get fishing. So much yapping, reshooting the same scenes over and over trying to make you crazy. This show only needed about 15 actual minutes of fishing to cover the whole hour. I forgot how frustrating this show really is. Commercials and extensive yapping. The only exciting part is the intro.
