She was particularly fond of Elliot's streams since she loves Tighnari, so I said why not, and joined the stream to watch along. It's not like people who are Christian are more likely to be child predators, it's that priests have easy access to children and trust, so these people look for those types of job opportunity's or other things where this is more easily possible. I have autism, adhd and dyslexia + english isn't my main language, so it's hard to explain For me personally, As victim of abuse who struggles with PTSD. One thing that helps me cope with trauma/pain, is to understand the abusers tactics, how they think, the signs, to use the knowledge to help/defend myself or others who end up in similar situation. Knowledge helps me feel more safe since I know what to look for. I've got a extremely good instinct now on who to stay away from so I have been able to stay away from bad people. Your videos spreads awareness, and explains the monsters tactics. Helping people to see the signs. And the more people who talk about him, the more people will be saved when they know what kind of monster he is. Thank you so much for sharing this knowlege and support for victims! It means a lot! I can imagine you are saving/helping a lot of people by making this video! If anyone is reading this and is struggling with trauma. Sharing this technique in case if it helps anyone else. Our brains tends to focus on the negative. This is especially true for me with adhd/autism. It will hyperfocus. So one things that helps me, is to repeat to myself "i am thriving" to trick my brain. It helps to focus on something helps or minimize the pain. It helps me relax more.

Never meet your heroes as they say. I watched his vod stream once just a week prior before these documents were out and there was a lingering feeling that basically says: "I don't like this guy" Despite the fact that I liked the way he voiced the character in the game. But it didn't deter me when I saw the document exposing this trash of a human being. I wasn't able to see the documents due to massive amount of people reading it at the same time, but I am glad that he has been exposed and I hope charges are up there. I pray to all the victims and I hope healing is with them after what transpired.

I had a similar situation happen to me on kik. I was 16 and had a older guy confess to me then threaten to delete himself if I, a straight male, didn't go out with him. I panicked and said sure even though thinking we weren't together. Barely talked to him afterwards to the point I lost his contact. Now am at the point if this were to happen again I'd tell them to go ahead or block them at the spot.

As someone who has been groomed and threatened, I feel the victims. There was this one time a 20 year old tried to get me in a relationship with him when I was just 13 years old. I was pretty naive at the time and couldn't see what was really wrong. Until things got pretty sexual and serious. When I told him I was uncomfortable, he said he'll k!ll himself if I didn't do what he tells me to. Fortunately I didn't send him anything sexual, but in the end he said he won't settle until he married me. Anyway I told my parents and they reported him right away. But I have to say, psychological manipulation can really f up your mind.

It's strange how much your gut can tell you about a person because just his voice was insufferable to me in the game when Tighnari came out.
