Just had a game with Unceasing Top and the delay before the card is drawn when you run out is just a little bit too long and it must’ve been a 50/50 whether I remembered it for any given turn or if I had to agonisingly watch the one card show up just as I hit to end my turn Muscle memory my beloved and behated

It’s not free. It can make you gain an energy back, but if you happen to play it for 3 ( Snecko eye, and all that jazz...) it still is a net minus 2 energy. So I do believe Baalor is well aware of the situation

Maybe the Bellord cards could be fixed if they gave a curse that wasn't so debilitating. What I have in mind is a custom curse: Tinnitus Curse 0 energy Lose 1 hp Draw 1 card If exhausted, add a Curse of the Bell to your discard pile (note: this does *not* add it to the player's deck, thus any Curse of the Bells generated this way are gone at the end of combat)

That is the "Spire Biomes" mod. The mod that adds prefixes and suffixes to cards is "Chimera Cards".
