@sonia Haynes - you need to love yourself first. Just love every aspect of yourself not from a position of arrogance but compassion and love. In the same manner - see the world. I know it’s difficult especially if the 3D keeps throwing circumstances which are the opposite. At first it may seem like a chore but soon it just becomes the way. Try it for a day - things will start turning.

This was such a beautiful lesson, Tom. And I am so happy for your client as well. You both helped me better understand that there is a choice between love and everything that is not.
