Tbh i really like event whose currencies arent connected with event gacha ces. For the fate zero event for example, i liked how ces that were already available from way before the event were used for currency drops and even the 3 * one wasnt solely on the gacha banners, it was on the fp rolls as well, and the currencies were very easily farmable and this event's currency is only one which makes it really easy to farm in any spot that one is able to farm them (well drop rates exist for a reason but it makes it easier for some players that lack Farmer for certain classes)

I agree, it's really nice that you don't have to spend money on the gacha to be able to farm properly. It's also nice that there's only one type of currency to farm. When there are three I inevitably end up finishing one before the others and some stuff ends up feeling like a waste.

So unbelievably excited for this event. I started playing during the first Seraph event and have always been a little sad I was story locked out of BB. Other than rerolling for Herc... Melt and Passionlip are my oldest servants. And just to put the cherry on top of finally getting my girl BB... My Melt hit NP2 off an insanely lucky ticket draw. RNGsus has truly smiled down on me this day :D

Iirc Solomon's Singularity is not long. You don't need much time to clear it.

The Final Singularity is basically just a boss rush, with single strong enemies from every class one after another, and a final fight against Big Boss Spoiler Man in the end. (Tip: If you have access to one, an NP sealing or buff blocking skill will be very useful on that fight.) I'm not gonna spoil anything, but I'd recommend reading the story. It might drag a bit at first, especially if you're trying to speed through, but the ending is worth it.

If I may give some advice, I’d suggest bringing along a character who has some way to ignore evade, like if their NP gives them Ignore invisible or sure hit or they have a skill that could do that. I don’t know how much of a spoiler this is to say, but if I remember correctly one of the bosses applies an extremely annoying Evade buff. So, if you have Chloe or I think Edmond Dantes, either of them might work. The downside is class advantage though.

The stupid thing is that you have to get through Babylonia before you can get access to the free BB mooncancer even though Babylonia contains one of the only Avenger boss fights. Two Avenger boss fights in fact. That's like having a condom you can only use when you're already pregnant.

I would be impressed if I ever got a friend request from someone with a level 80 BB in the All slot and another level 80 BB in the Extra slot. Better yet, two level 100 BBs. This is what one does after farming too many Lottery Boxes for their own good after all. I love more Melt, but Protea... and Kama... and SUMMER MELT!!!

Unfortunately, it's only 4 any masters who've cleared the Solomon singularity, the final chapter in the Grand Order story arc, I'm still @ the Orleans singularity. I might as well get BB in the gacha instead. 🙁

On the bright side, the JP servers actually rereleased the main story from Seraph in 2020, so we should be able to see it again in July of 2022. You'll be able to get one copy of BB from that, and you'll be able to buy the other 4 copies for 2 Rare Prisms each if you want to. It's a long time to wait, but it's better than her being gone forever.

In July they rereleased just the main quests from this event. Anyone who finished that got 1 copy of BB and they could buy the other 4 copies for 2 Rare Prisms each. If we stay on schedule that should happen on the NA servers in July 2022.

Consistent 3-turn set up with an installed auto-tapper

I think working out the right team comps, skill levels, CEs, and Mystic Codes can be an interesting challenge. Trying to make every farming quest take exactly three turns, or as close to that as possible, makes it a little fun. Even still, it does get dull after awhile. I know some people have had luck with programs that can repeat your set taps and try to farm that stuff for you, but I haven't tried that out myself. I usually repeat the three turns myself while also watching KZbin or Hulu or something along those lines.

These events only run twice. So, this is most likely the last year.

This is the only rerun unfortunately, but the JP server did get a special rerelease of just the main quests in 2020. So we will probably see that in July of 2022. You won't get to see the missions, challenge fights, or event shop then, but you'll have a chance to see the story and get BB. School is more important though, good luck with college stuff!

Kama usually ranks higher in terms of usefulness on most people's charts. If you still need a good Assassin, you're probably better off saving for Kama. Luckily I have some great Assassins already and I mostly just roll for the "fun" Servants, and so I'm going for Protea :)

They are really slow to farm! They appear randomly wherever Eaters are, but I see them pretty consistently at the Stamping Thenar on the Dorsal Plane. If you can use Conquering of the Great Sea of Stars it will help a lot.

Yet another event that spits in the face of new players. I myself am only in the beginning Camelot, so I might make it, but most players won’t. Why do they hate new players so much?

It's hard to make every event new player friendly. If none of the events reference the main story or require higher level Servants it wouldn't be much fun for the long time players. New players can still play through the Singularities, but long time players have nothing to do except the events. It's hard trying to keep everyone entertained at the same time unfortunately. It would be pretty cool if they let new players at least do parts of the event. Good luck getting through Camelot and the others!

@@FGOTips every other single gacha is able to do just that though. It has stages at the beginning that are easy, then the stages get harder and harder. Eventually, it’s to a point where only the veterans can clear. This allows both new players and veterans to enjoy the event without giving a middle finger to either one of them. FGO is virtually the ONLY gacha game that locks out new players from events. Heck, the last few events, I myself couldn’t do the last quest because it required completing the final singularity, but I was able to enjoy both events regardless. It also wouldn’t be anywhere near as bad if there weren’t 25-30 stages with 5 levels a piece in each singularity. When each singularity takes a few hours of straight grinding, by the time you get to Solomon, you are a veteran, meaning most events now are locked out to all but the veterans. Doesn’t do much to convince players to start playing when you tell them that it’s going to be a long while until they can participate in most events

I should have mentioned it in the video, but you have to clear the Final Singularity (don't need to do the Epic of Remnant or Lostbelt chapters).
