Yeah....I’m the same, had theses on Video, then D.V.D Now all in one place. from my Jane Fonda to Kathy smith and oz style aerobics thanks causes I’m old school and need my old favourite causes that’s when I was young enough to do them...now I watch and can only dream of that body I ONCE had... life sucks when your getting older... thanks God

I had ordered the kit (video and ball) when this first came out! I had lost so much weight and was so toned people were blown away. Trying to get that body back now! (About 13 years later! Lol) Thanks for posting, gonna save this to my routine exercise vids 💪

This workout series was the best. I had all the vhs tapes. I still have the workout cards! Love the variety and flow of each segment. It's fun and keeps the muscles guessing. Hope to see more of Gunnar's workouts here.

yes glad i found this workout today. i cant afford any gym membership right now and cant get off the mountain due to icy conditions and not able to drive so this was a perfect home workout loved it. glad i have a stability ball to workout with too. This has my core burning...but in a good way...easy on the joints, not very intense but good for mobility. Definitely worked my core. I feel much better.

It is very, very stressful exercises for the lumbar region causing demages there 20:31 up to 22:11, oh... and saying it is a great, well done... After that erector spinae (soo extesor in the lumbar area) is so overloaded, discs had to much weight compression forces, overloads and after that again the exercise which overload this area. What to say=shame and tragedy for the spine :(. Some exercises are also very dangeroes like 16:24- 16:42 for the knee (who made up this ranges of motion in rotation and hyperextension for the knee). Ohhh, bad, very bad. There were also some very bad for the neck. Oh, I hope no one would do 70% of that exercises

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzbin.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

What do you recommend as an alternative to this workout. This workout is great but I need variety to keep my body strong.
