Apply love for others in the silent realist sense of it and employ relentless effort, absolute calm, and brutally honest logic to think you mind out of any maze of deception or controll that torments you, and think every day that you torment is over, your problem is over, and your mind will frame its thinking to create that.

Life is too short to be in constant war with yourself. I was in that cycle for a long time, you will find the strength to resolve this problem.
@chasonwommack50233 ай бұрын
I have to echo the gentleman that commented before me. It may seem a small annoyance at first, but I can very much assure you that you must settle this war as fast as possible. Now in my mid 30s I can tell you factually that they will change the entire course of your life and massively hold you back. It doesn't have to be a fight, you can simply talk to yourself with yourself. One side need not die either, you can integrate them both to create a fuller, stronger YOU. All the books and religion and motivational videos like this in the whole world can't do this for you. You have to actually sit down without your phone or TV and talk to yourself to uncover these issues. And if that doesn't work, then write. Just wrote. Don't think, don't plan, just write and let the words flow out. Eventually the war will end and you'll find peace. God grant you strength and happiness friend.

@Hopper_3133 ай бұрын
There are a few constants in life that I have come to find over the years. It would seem that a couple of things are echoed throughout time and space: Through Love we experience growth Through Fear we experience decay The branch's of these truths seem to expand to many other interpretations or clarifications, but for me at least they boil down this way. It all starts with acknowledging yourself and choosing to let the light build within. You won't be able to help but cast some light onto others as your paths cross.

Broke through a fitness plateau after years. Only mental clarity came first. And abstinence from things i dont need. But not begrudging abstinence. An easy abstinence. Effortless abstinence. No brainer abstinence. As if things that hurt you or eating a crap sandwich poorly disguised as "fun" that you know never makes you feel as what its claiming it will, is somehow good for you in any way. Trade the 1% of fun and 99% of the rest of the time feeling like crap for the 99% of the time you feel great and 1% of the time you....are maybe a bit bored? Not even feeling bad. Neutral is better than a well of despair. Plus financially youll be saving money bc you only experience things even the richest men and women cant buy. Ironically helping you save. Which gives you little moments to temporarily press pause on life and think for once. Instead of either being on the horse full blast, or off the horse in the dirt. Betray your goals if you find out they dont suit you. But dont betray the the drive of goodness in the first place. One is conditional, goals can, and have, to change. Your pursuit of good NEVER has to change. You control those winds, that ocean inside you. It can be infinite, if you choose so. Out in the real world adjust your sail to the vision of what you "saw" inside you. Its good to betray the material world. Its good to betray your vices that were disguised as freedoms or fun but only hurt you or others. That buys your ticket to loyalty for the good. But with the ticket you could still squander and never hop aboard the train... And who knows the next time the train will come back...if ever Waiting for another moment of clarity. The chances are getting fewer and far between. But never unending. Though the next gap could be after you pass on from this earth. So be proactive for once. And be good today. For any reason. Or for no reason. Evil doesnt look for a reason, but uses many still at any convenience. Why are we not attacking our days with the same level of goodness? One good act in a particular situation could end a lifetime of suffering and trust issues for a person who has been the victim and is on the verge of being lost as an abuser. And reset the entire cycle. "But they dont even know me" "Id be a stranger" Good. Then its even more likely they will be "fckd up" about it, in a good context. You did it for no reason at all, youre right they didnt know you. Meaning they could offer you nothing and you wouldn't have the time to stick around and receive it anyway. Knowing theyll never see you again is the undeniable evidence that you stood to gain nothing but make the world a better place than you left it. You have not and may not ever see the hurricanes of movement you have inspired inside of them. Or maybe theyll just shrug it off and forget. It doesnt matter bc you did the work in your control. The rest was on them. In this scenario, you stop waiting for miracles And you become someones miracle. And maybe someday then one could happen for you, but not in desperation like before, in a place of calm waiting and strength. As a blessing, your cup running over. Not, youll become the villain if you dont get what you want. . . I believe in you

I think I'm due for another soon really. Be mindful and take a good message home and remember you don't need to return to hear the same message again so soon. Don't abuse the fruit of the gods.
