My soul.. my inner me needed this. I've been sick for 4 years. Doctors can't tell me what's wrong with me. I've been hospitalized multiple times and almost died twice. I've lost my home, my savings, friends, hair and teeth. My doctors are giving up because they can't find anything wrong. My psychologist stopped seeing me after 6 weeks and told me that I won't find my answers in the medical community. I've been broken and I'm desperately trying to piece me back together. Don’t complain.. not to yourself or to others. The negative effects of complaining was my biggest issue. Now I let my mind go blank when I start to complain to myself. I’m desperately trying to break the neurological pathways that I mistakenly formed over the last decade of my life. As I slowly comb out the defeated complainer out of my life I will begin to style my life in a better way. I’m homeless and jobless without anyone to trust or help me. I realized I have nothing to lose and I can do anything without risking anything. Waiting for a final piece of the puzzle to fall in place and who knows.. i just hope I can be a part of a loving family one day to face this cruel world together.

A lot of people who are posting pictures w their muscles crave that vanity & validation, like it or not. Deep down, you know what I said is true. If I watch an instructor showing me some routines, I wanna see him with his shirt on. There's a word holy priests have: "smerenie" - it's a nuance of humbleness. Basically the lack of pride and exact opposite. Dignity is something else. I'm talking about a person trying to be superior to someone else. We are all connected. None of the fingers on your own hand tries to be better than the other fingers. They just serve each other. In my acceptance, "smerenia"/humbleness is the gateway virtue that people who deem themselves spiritual should have, before embarking imon the seeker journey. And why is that? Whilst meditating, a graph came to mind, but it boils down to this: The more humble you are, the greater your perception. So, you can take pictures of yourself after a workout, but the competition is only with yourself, not with the rest of the crayons in the tool shed. And there will always be someone with more muscle. If that's not a photo of you, just take the lessons that I've shared 😊
