Thank you Rolien for allowing space for me to share my story and journey of really seeing, accepting and celebrating the life of my special son. The power of women listening to and lifting each other up through our own stories and experience is pure magic - and this podcast takes us a step further there! ❣

I share the same experience in life as Sarah. None of the things society told me I needed to be happy are true. And finding out what does is a journey. Sit still for a moment and observe just how many people there are, with each of them having their own complexity of wants and needs. You can only come to the conclusion that there is no right or wrong way to live. People who are born with a special condition or illness may have a more challenging destiny. But as long as they do what is best for them, their lives can and will be fruitful. What an important conversation this was!

Thank you for your comments here. Glad it resonated with you. What an important lesson there is to learn from letting go and accepting people how they come. I wish somebody would have told me this earlier on - how different my journey could have been. But here we are and going strong!
