I’ve got Tourette’s, OCD, online screenings show severe ADHD, GAD, moderate agoraphobia, depression panic… it’s so tough.

@@henryzhao4622 It could be possible that your ADHD, GAD, Agoraphobia, Depression and Panic attacks could all stem from a single root cause, and that is C-ptsd. A form of ptsd that results from prolonged subject to stress, as many of the diagnoses you listed can be very similar when it comes to symptoms. I would recommend watching the following video as it is a fountain of understanding and information on how to cultivate safety in the body and mind, which will help to alleviate or even eliminate a lot of the issues that plague you. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bJytq62lbMmYers
