+St. Apollonius ... And guys should give "due process" to unknown druggie hookers and be careful not to call her n==g=r because she has little to lose..lol....Everybody lost in this case.. The players lost for hiring her and calling her names.. People still hate her and she is in jail for murder. The police were proven as bad cops in the line ups etc and the prosecutor went to jail...

Unless you are saying no male has ever lied in the history of human events.. And you just proved that these Duke players were the dumbest humans ever born for letting drugged out Crystal into her home if they thought she was ugly

David Archer .. I love laughing at you.. The evidence is on wiki and on the fantastic lies video.. Number one. Do not hire stripper-hookers if you are a stupid teenager like David Archer.. Number two. Do not let unknown stripper-hookers into your home if they appear drugged out. Stripper -hookers will destroy you because they hate men.. That is why they are stripper-hookers. And who is the dumbest person in this story? Reginald Daye for dating a drugged out stripper-hooker

On 1/28/18 I watched 30 for 30 and was too pissed to go to sleep. I cannot believe that a DA would act in this manner. Glad he was disbarred, sued and now his life is trashed. One of the police committed suicide in 2014 and the accuser is now in jail for killing her boyfriend. Fate does have a way of punishing those who are truly evil. The mental scars are lifelong I'm sure.

This whole sad episode of American history was a disgusting witch hunt. Those men made a misstep, but afterwards the way they were treated by just about every aspect of society was absolutely despicable. This should never be forgotten and should serve as a warning about how mass delusion in a society has devastating consequences.

+WildwoodClaire1 Yeah you can't blame the public for taking Nifong's word for it, as a DA usually has credible evidence when making claims like he did on national television! Instead, Nifong had zero evidence. I didn't realize Nifong was nearing retirement. I thought he was gunning for a reelection.
@WildwoodClaire18 жыл бұрын
Jubach He was running for election (he was a former assistant DA appointed when the former DA retired). However, he was going to be a short-timer and could have retired within a couple of years.
@tidefanyankee24287 жыл бұрын
The scariest thing is all of this is, Nifong isn't the only DA to do this. I saw a great report a few years ago about DNA labs. One of the people who inspected them had (of course) had worked in one. She said, "not all DA's want us to run the DNA tests, some think it might hurt their case so they forego them". Think about that for a moment. If the DA's first duty is to the law and justice, then not utilizing this science is criminal in my mind at least. Now consider how many people (mostly men) have been freed from prison and have gotten off of death row on DNA for crimes they didn't commit. Some have done years, or decades for this false accusations. DNA testing should be required, not optional, and not every defendant can afford these tests. Look up the Wenatchee Sex trials and their aftermath. Or the "repressed memories" cases. People forget that DA's and Judges run for election, which makes them politicians first, public servants second. If people don't think the high profile cases aren't treated differently you're kidding yourself.

Bradley says at 1:50 that the accuser picked anyone of the lacrosse team and it was like shooting fish in the barrel. Truth is, the one picture she did pick was not at the party and wasn''t even in the county that night. Wish the three accused sued CBS as they sued Duke and multiple others AND WON because of the total fraud in this case......The accuser was sadly, not in good mental health.. she is now dead, of course. One police officer who also contrived evidence is dead, having committed suicide when the truth came out. Nifong said they were guilty before any evidence was examined and the news media was very happy to parrot his claims.

the odds are against the stripper because she's changed her story, her desecriptions of what the accused look like. The other stripper says the police report isn't accurate of what the woman said. The prosecutor took the case to the media without examining the facts of the case, and is still trying to go ahead with this? The deputy chief of police who handled that case was the main crack and cocaine dealer in that district. He ran a bar where all drug dealers came and made deals enjoying the deputy's protection from police harassment. Deputy then came down hard on the college kids as his public relations initiative to help out his image.
