Thank you for the review about this item. I need to upgrade my 5quart capacity stand mixer and I think that this product is a good buy. Btw, can you share your bread and cookie recipes in this video? Much appreciated! Thanks again.

Hey Amy & Eric! Sometimes I spell it as Ëriqûé. That mixer did a pretty good job. I think it could be a great budget option for someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money on a mixer. Thank y’all for my gift. I love it. And a stand mixer review on my birthday, how about that! “I give it an B++“ is what she was trying to say.

Glad to see you guys back to reviewing mixers. This sounds like a good budget mixer. You once had a Hamilton Beach Professional All-Metal Stand Mixer to review. I don't know if guys already did a review though, but if not, looking forward to one. 😊👏💯

Wonderful, I was fascinated by your review. It is the most detailed and realistic that I have seen on this brand of mixer. I only regret been able to have the measurements of the ingredients You use to make that dough. Because it turned out beautiful and I would like to be able to make one like that.

I just got one for the Fishing 🎣 cabin because I couldn’t find a great deal on a Farberware stand mixer they’re all about $120. And add shipping. So I got this one in Teal color so it should make mashed Cauliflower whipped cream possibly need some bread I don’t know I buy sourdough most of the time so I’m not sure if I’ll even make bread in at one time but it’ll mashed potatoes cauliflower whip cream and cookie dough I believe. Thank You hopefully it will be good for that. It says it has a copper wire motor and is rated nor over 79 DB and loudness so that’s good. I will give it a try

Will this be good, with the high speed you mentioned, for making cheesecake?

Nice mixer, seems like plenty of power. My pet peeve is how deep the beaters are in the bowl. They are all like that now.
@AmyLearnsToCook2 жыл бұрын
Yeah it seems like most of them are that way. It has a lot of power. It made nice bread dough.

The first speed does seem to be really fast. Faster than I think I've seen on any other stand mixer. It also seemed to be really loud. Did you find it to be noisier than other stand mixers? I have the Sage stand mixer (Breville) and I'm sure it's way quieter.

For a mid 100 price range what about a reliable Bosch Compact?

One of my concerns was the way it bogged down when Amy added the flour when making cookies.
@LilybethII2 жыл бұрын
Yes! I've noticed that. It looks like it was slowing down quite a bit when Amy was adding the flour. You can see and hear that the motor is struggling. I don't think it's going to last when used frequently.

Well I am trying it in my fishing cabin and Motorhome. It won’t be as Heavy is my KitchenAid I’m not trying to replace that I’m just gonna use it as an auxiliary one

It would be interesting to see how it fares with extended use and which bits fail first. Although it's a plastic body, I thought the head moved way less than on other stand mixers, like Kitchen Aid and Kenwood models.

And if it breaks, can it be serviced? I somehow doubt it.
