G'day mate, I reckon I just came across your channel and it's absolutely bloody awesome. Amazing content mate. I really fancy the catch and cook videos ~ they're brilliant. Thankfully now, I finally get to fish with me pops too. My pops and I free dive and spearfish at least 2-3 times per week, if weather permits. Me pops finally retired, so I get to do a lot of outdoor activities with him again, it's absolutely incredible. I also have a charter boat company in Western Australia. We're usually setup for large billfish charters and tournaments (Marlin, Sailfish, Swordfish). The season is well done, but it kept us crazy busy. I'm definitely glad I found your channel mate. SANIBEL ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE PIER! one of my favorite places in the world to fish I recognized it in a second. I believe the man with the sheepshead and Spencer are regulars at the pier if i remember right. I pulled a 23 inch sheepshead out of there a few years back. Glad you all caught stuff!

For coating the fish, use a large freezer bag, pinch off with plenty of air inside and shake. Works a treat.
