Ingredients:
100 gms Mustard kuriya
25 gms methi kuriya
100 gms Kashmiri Red chili powder
2 tbsp salt
1tbsp asafoetida (hing)
2 to 3 tbsp Oil
Steps
First roast all ingredients in nonstick pan,grind kuriya for 1 sec ,2 to 3 times in reverse side, heat oil ,and keep aside to cool .Take a bowl ,place mustard kuriya in circle ,than methi kuriya ,add hing in center ,add warm oil and cover with lid for 2 mins to give aroma of hing in pickle.After 2 mins add salt ,Red chilli powder and mix well .To store masala or pickle , sterilize the glass bottle as shown .Store pickle and masala in sterilized glass bottle in air tight container for one year
