Achari Dal Tadka | रेस्टोरेंट जैसी टेस्टी दाल फ्राई बनाने की विधि | Moong Masoor ki Dal |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.200 gm red masoor
.200 gm dhuli moong dal
2 onion
2 tomato
1 tbsp oil
3-4 green chilli
1 piece ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp crushed garlic
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1.5 tsp achari masala
1 tbsp desi ghee
1 pinch hing
curry leaves
4 achari mirchi
