I would love to give you at least 5 thumbs up on this. Especially since it was not just pure colour theory but linked to the colour types and with practical samples. I learned so much. Really. .. Loved it!

Daria Andronescu Basically, this video inspired me to finally do some research to determine which I am, so I can start weeding out colors that aren’t right for me. I found another source that suggested looking at the veins in my wrist, which are blue, and to hold white paper against my skin looking for pink or yellow undertones. Mine are pink. I think my hair color had been throwing me off since I dyed my hair auburn for years, but blonde was my natural shade before I started going gray in my early 20s. I was also confused about which colors were warm and cool, thinking red and green were always warm, but the way you explained while showing the different colors helped me finally understand. I have been comparing different colors ever since I watched this, and can finally see the shading under my chin you mentioned when wearing the correct colors. You also inspired me to get better lighting in my bathroom, lol.

Hi Daria, love it...a question about black...if an Automn lokks better with the light color of that pallet, then black might not be a good neutral then? What do you think? Thanks

What a great video! Thank you for your excelent work Daria! I think I am winter type (I have dark brown hair with red natural flashes the summer, brown eyes and my skin is very light-in foundation I wear 1.5 in Dior, 020 in MaxFactor) but the summer if my skin get darker from the sun then people tell me that peachy, soft yellow goes me well and lilac is not good for me. Is there any explanation? What is your opinion? Thank you

Hi Daria, I've just finished your video, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. Could we mix cold and warm colours in an outfit if the chroma is the same so both colours are muted? I'm a soft autumn, I believe, and I tend to mix, soft, light shades in my outfit, it suits my low contrast and I don't wear anything too warm and rich or too cold.
@wonderwardrobe4 жыл бұрын
Hello! You need to match colours in your outfit to your natural colours. So if you’re a warm colour type you should wear and match only warm shades of colours. An autumn type is a dark type because most of your features are dark (dark hair, eye colour, eyebrows), that's why dark or medium dark colours suit much better. The fact that you’re muted has nothing to do with lightness and darkness. Do you see what I mean? 😉

Hi, I found that I am muted warm but more delicate so getting closer to the neutral, do you see that too?

I am not sure what you mean by ”neutral”. No one is neutral 😉

Daria Andronescu Neutral, nearer that green and red neutral colors. Thanks
