We are currently using a GoPro Hero9 Black. I set it to 5k wide view with flat color and contrast so I can color grade during editing. I found the GoPro color setting to be too overbearing and not really match the colors I was wearing. Just for info we were using a Blackmagic pocket cinema 6k before we started travelling.

Buy for real I don't have an answer. It dependent on the person. Just pick a few weights and follow along and make adjustments as you go.
