Excellent video! I have a recent flare on my arthritic knee. Finally the inflammation has subsided but I still have a bit of stiffness, consequently I have lost some knee flexion. I am definitely doing this routine to improve knee flexion and stability. Grateful for your videos!! Thank you

Hi Tim. Do you have any videos or tips on Tibial torsion? can it be fixed at all non surgically?

What exactly is happening to the leg can you explain? Have you been diagnosed or is it something you are seeing?

@@physiorehab my tibia and my foot aren’t aligned properly. When my knee is aligned to point straight forward my foot is pointed outwards. I’ve always thought I had “duck feet” due to weak hips or glute medius but i went to get my running gait assessed and the PT told me I had tibial torsion. It makes sense because I’ve always done everything i can for my feet to point straight but i could never.

Hey Tim, recently I had a full MCL tear during offroading on a adventure bike. The MRI says I have got (near to tear ACL) too.. my MCL is healed now, but can you help me in explaining what is near to tear ACL and how can that be cured without surgery. Thankyou

Do you mean a Partial tear of the ACL?

Hi Tim, Thank you for the video. I’m having the exact same condition as she. Did she ended up having a surgery? I couldn’t see any follow up videos. If not, how is the pain she was feeling in the back and front of the knee now?

I've traditionally always done the regular RDL as opposed to the single leg variant. I haven't torn my acl but I've stretched it so I've got knee laxity. I opt for the regular RDL as you can load it up heavy but am I missing out on the stability element of the single RDLs?

Dear Tim, I recently tore my acl skiing (4 weeks ago) MRI shows full tear Surgeon believes it’s partial due to how stable I am Currently I’m planning not to get surgery and get as strong as possible ~ do you think it’s possible for me to get me to 100% (hitting jumps, big cliffs and high speed skiing) Thanks man, cheers
