Well with all the research and news coverage on seed oils I've been using lard more often. The cookies are a bit different, but no one has minded yet. We'll see how long it lasts.

Yes, but it wasn't quite as juicy. Since we were gone while it cooked I set it for 3 hours and I should've only done 2 1/2 hours. We spooned the juices over the chicken and ate it all up.
