Thanks for sharing your experience…I did low carb early in the year and did well…never paid attention to my shoulders or hips. I have the same problem as you with the shoulders and hips and getting things over my head. It’s like the tin man needing oil to get moving…lol I actually thought I need to either walk or kayak in the morning…I enjoy each but always get busy doing something else.

Several different stores out here have Craven brands, too. I thought it was just HyVee, then saw it at Family Fare, too. We don't have Piggly Wiggly. We do have Bakers which is Kroger.

It looks like everyone enjoyed the waterpark! We live about 15 miles from the Dells and go there for groceries once a month and have always wondered about some of the waterpark rides/things. I grew up in Minnesota and we traveled to the Dells in the 70's and all that was there was a candy shop, souvenir shop, and the boat rides :) Piggly Wiggly looked like it had some great deals on. I've been watching your videos for years --it doesn't seem that long, but wow your kids have grown up. I get too busy in the fall and winter for videos, but come spring, I play catch up. Another great video Jennifer--thanks for sharing.

I discovered Earth Breeze about a year ago and decided to try it for much the same reason as you. Recycling is a problem where I live, and I was sick of all the huge plastic jugs. I've been very happy with the detergent AND the paper packaging! Also, I laughed out loud at the sports bra story, but I totally get it!

You look great! I've noticed that I feel much better too when eating low-carb. I do okay with some rice, oatmeal or quinoa. If I'm really craving pasta, I'll go for brown rice pasta. I make banana pancakes if I want those. I know what you mean too about whole wheat products still not working, I'm the same way. If I really want some bread for a sandwich or burger, I'll use 100% sprouted Ezekiel bread that's found in the frozen section of the grocery store and will toast a pice of that up. Or I'll use almond flour tortillas for wraps and tacos. Things like that have really helped me with losing weight and cutting down on inflammation. I also feel great when I eat cranberries! 🙂

How do those laundry sheets compare to Tide?? If i run by “clean wash” cycle in my machine and leave the door cracked between loads, there’s No smell in the towels. And I don’t use fabric softener when washing towels. I found out there “IS” a difference in absorbency etc. also you got me started on the SPORT Tide 😂 I LOVE that stuff!!! I bet those sheets would work amazing when traveling. Oh also, I use POWDER soap for the towels. It does seem to work better!! But only for our towels. We have been to the Wilderness a few times and LOVED it 😊 Never been to Mt. Olympus though.

I’ve found less buildup on my laundry and a cleaner feel since using the laundry sheets. If I ever go back it will be Tide Sport because I think that’s the best liquid laundry detergent.

i had the same issues with my shoulders could not lift or stretch them,, doctor said i had frozen shoulder syndrome and joint issues because i was seriously lacking vitamin b12,,3 injections later and i was champion, maybe ask for a blood count at doctors xx

Jennifer I have the same issues if I eat too many carbs or gluten. Joint pain, stomach bloating, lack of energy and it’s all very hard on my bad heart (I fight chf). I feel soo much better when I eat better and my body (metabolism) also responds well to intermittent fasting and don’t eat until at least after noon time. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Jennifer! My husband likes to hunt and we have a deer in the freezer. He grew up eating venison but I did not. I would like to use it but the smell of it cooking is hard to handle. Is that normal or is it something I need to get used to? Thanks!

Check google for soaking venison in milk before cooking. Milk will tenderize meat but it also removes that gamey taste.

Spot on for me, too, about not eating carbs. Lost 25 lbs in 6 mos eating ketovore (very low carb) and I no longer have aching joints, stiff neck or constant heart burn…so worth the effort giving up those tasty treats. I’d rather be pain free and healthy! Keep it up, Jennifer! Yea!

I support low carb, but if you find yourself falling off that wagon, try eating gluten free. I found that it was the fact that low carb cuts out gluten was what was taking away all my inflammation. Best wishes!

its sad, and i get inflammation from everything that you are cutting out (good decision) , but also, my thing is dairy, and people dont' understand, the way inflammation effects you......for me, it effects my heart, where i get alot of SVT's.........and to counter react that, i have to drink lots of water....All my life, I never knew the effects of foods on the body, now being older, i am understanding this........
