One of your best videos. My interpretation is that now that Vivian is gone, this is Franks attempt to replace her. As Frank eats the steak, he sees Phil dancing, a reoccurring theme in many of his videos, just like the steak, Phil distracts him from the material plane and helps him a different state of consciousness, in order to forget. As Frank eats the steak, clips of older videos play, maybe showing his thought process, as he reminisces on happier days, he reflects on the teachings and the time he spent with his mentors, Kali Muscle and Elliot Hulse. The juxtaposition between the material world and Franks inner thoughts is clear, as he eats the steak in an attempt to forget, all he can do is remember. I think the last few seconds tell a lot about the video. As Phil talks to Frank, we expect him to respond with one of his classic sayings, however he does not reply, his smile fades, he is clearly somewhere else, however almost as quickly as it disappeared, Frank turns to the camera and the smile returns. Frank is clearly still deep in thought, the steak has not served its purpose and we are left with no feeling of closure. Or at least that's how I saw it, please respond Fronk.

I really like this frank. The way I interpreted was because you were being forced to your limit you were recalling past experiences in order to overcome. Realising that everything you've experienced and done up to that point was being challenged by just a steak, so all the images of everything you've done and accomplished started flashing before you to remind you and motivate you to keep going and avoid failure.
