I was thinking how damn hard it must be for people to understand exactly what you are saying with the way you put words together, with so many cross references to a million different things from bodybuilding to pop culture to budhism. But I understand every word precisely, probably cause I 've been exposed to the same things and have been watching this channel for 10 years.

@@frankyangwhen there is no centre and no one who is dreaming or awake, in ego or in brahman then who needs to concentrate and where? Isn't concentration an attribute of the mind body intellect, isn't emphasis on concentration a contraction than a release and surrender? Frank Yang, I've been following your stuff for a while and recently been making great progress. I just came to say that it is the greatest mind fuck. Everything is I am yet I am nothing. The awareness that's there but who is the projector. The mindfuck of the journey of being the doer and removing resistance and solidity to only realize there was never a doer so what then was they whole experience. It's the greatest mindfuck when you realize there is no answer when you reach the answer.

Thanks frank. I implemented an industrial-grade concentration protocol over a 2 year period to great effect, you inspired me to go the Angkor Wat! Appreciate your insights! Especially, using a story to refabricate another story and "better" dream character to allow one to then dive deeper into further disillusionment is the next phase for this one.
@Neha-s2n7x

Hey could you give me any starters for what you call industrial grade concentration, I have been regularly practicing do nothing surrender and no mind meditation with good results but this term concentration is confusing me now because it seems counterintuitive to the lack of a self or doer. I hope you can give me a short response to clear my confusion or any pointers where I can learn more about what concentration means. Thank you

Enlightenment is already the case, you are that. Shadow work is for the ego it's useful to the character but don't identify with it and deny your birthright to realize your present true nature which you cannot help but be anyway. A shift in perspective and you will see you never left Paradise, nor could you if you tried. You are that now (and forever). If you get "stuck" seeking, A Course in Miracles or neo-Advaita will end you/seeking. Good luck

I spent years studying philosophy, I even did one year of philosophy in college. I was trying to unravel what this reality is, whats the meaning of all this life stuff, why do i feel like there is something more. Now I understand there is no meaning, no hidden purpose. It doesnt matter if life is meaningless, because it doesnt matter. However I have a huge problem with suffering. Its not a problem that theres no meaning to life, but that there is so much pain for nothing. Life is just a video game, theres no difference between reality and simulation but the problem is there is so much suffering. So i hope enlightenment is real so I can play my life video game in peace.

I’m sure if you have gone through this much self discovery you must have come to crossroads of meaning at some point. What made you take the “life has no meaning” path over the “life is nothing but meaning, everything has meaning” path? Although they are different they are closely intertwined and at times weave through each other in time. What are you feeling these days or lack there of? How are you?

Hey, Frank. I'm the one (at least one of the people) who was making suicidal comments on one of your videos before. I was the one who introduced MDE to you back in 2011-2012 when I was in their Facebook group. Sam Hyde called me insane and said my mental disability was too depressing for me to appear on their show after talking to him on the phone back then. Sam seems very, very angry. Especially now as opposed to back then with all the political climate he's immersed in with the alt-right upholding him as a celebrity. I tried to apply his life teachings to my own life in spite of this. I have to look through the formidable charade he puts on and call out that he's currently insane, himself. Or maybe I'm just being sanctimonious. I don't know. It's hard for me to dismiss people, especially when I'm most diametrically opposed to them. I feel closest to those I loathe by wanting to change them into something I can love. It never happens. I ask if you could remedy the pain he's caused me if we can penpal each other maybe once a month over email? If you look through my videos, I'm not very skilled at speech to be able to talk to you on a level where you can at least see or hear what I'm actually trying to convey. I can't seem to process what I want to say because I'm never done processing what I'm thinking. I know you're fucking busy with all that you do, I just don't want you to feel responsible if I ever did kill myself. I"m not planning on it. I just don't want to sit there and go 'uh...' and then say nothing 60%+ of the time.

That is unfortunate to hear. That you don’t feel extremes or highs and lows anymore. I wouldn’t give up my highs or my lows. Even my lowest of lows. It’s a sign that you are also capable of experiencing the highest of highs. Yes I will regulate my emotions to not always give in to my extremes but I will certainly take the chance, I’ll give in knowing the low points may come but there will be a high. It’s surprising to hear this from you. A lot of what you are saying is framed by Carl Jung and he also mentions that with one side there is always the opposite. One cannot exist without the other

Frank is more clear in this recent upload. The ones before were awakening. This reality experiences itself right now. We are characters in it, but we do not have a universal meaning. Getting to heaven delays people from today, and heaven is just a thought. If true, every person has a different interpreation of it. I now see how expectations are suffering. They rob you of current reality.
