I agree! learning acroyoga online is hard enough as it is. it helps to have an awesome teacher to help along the way.

Thanks for the video. I really liked how you showed what to do and what not to do. And my favorite rule was #5, to know your tendencies. It really makes a difference when working with someone I've found. Thanks again.

Yeah I sometimes see people training with their romantic partners and it's hard... You'll just feel free to talk to them in a way you won't talk to anyone else and it sometimes gets into a relationship talk (such as "why do you never listen??") which again, you won't say to anyone else. But it's totally possible to work through it! Good luck

AcroNogaS I can imagine it can be so but for us it's the oposite. acroyoga always clears our head and we never fight over it -it's like our happy place:). And it's easier to train with each other as we know one another best and we we' re more alike - we like the same machines best and like to train the same way plus it's easy to trust someone you know and you can ask him/ her easier to help you/ adjust something. It can be great :). But it's true we're together for a very long time and both really like this sport.

Ugh. I tried to check if there's a reason to it but couldn't find anything. Try to watch it on your computer and not on your phone, fingers crossed...

it's not just about weight and strength! bone stacking and alignment will take you further than anything else.
