There were a few fairly big differences between the car in the video and my 2009 Accord EX. Mostly the catalytic converter layout and rear motor/transmission mount, but I got through the swap ok. My advice: 1. *DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS SWAP WITHOUT A LIFT.* I raised and lowered the car over 20 times. Twenty. Things did not go as smoothly as the video made everything look. Especially concerning removal and reinstallation of motor/transmission mounts, everything about the steering knuckle, and actually dropping the sub frame (checking for things we might have forgotten to disconnect, etc.) 2. Do a better job of keeping track of exactly where every specific screw goes. Literally label each one if you can. 3. Actually use an engine cradle to suspend the engine, and make sure you can use whatever hanging system you have on it to raise and lower the engine a few inches as needed. 4. Torque wrench.

Things you need before starting this project that the video doesn't explicitly point out. Rear main seal (you're already there, and it's less than 25 bucks.) 1 pint power steering fluid. 1 pint brake fluid. 2 Plugs or corks for the power steering lines. 4 New cotter pins. 8 New flywheel bolts (70 bucks from Honda.) 6 New pressure plate screws (no idea on price, I reused old ones because Honda dealership was closed by the time I knew I needed them because no one gave me this list.) Brake cleaner. Penetrating oil to break rusty screws loose. Ball joint separator. Blind hole bearing/bushing puller. Good idea tools you might not think of: Rubber mallet. Pry bars. 2 pound sledge. Flashlights. Really good hand soap (gojo or equivalent, or anything with pumice.) A drip pan for draining the transmission fluid and for catching power steering fluid and oil, which will drip out at various times during this swap. Shop vac. Floor dry. Lots of soft drinks/drinking water. Bandaids.

Assuming this should work also for the 04-08 TSX 6mt. I have to replace my whole transmission so this will be a super helpful guide to do this, and I will be installing an ACT kit onto it as well.
