ACT Passengers On A Bus - an Acceptance & Commitment Therapy Metaphor (with Dutch subtitles)

With the assistance of a grant from the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) ACT SIG, Joe Oliver and his colleagues, Vaso Christodoulou and Henry Whitfield have been working alongside a youth media charity, Exposure, to develop this animation. Exposure was set up to help kids who have had mental health problems get experience and find work within the media industry.
