I was actually looking at the AC Blog about webhooks yesterday. I use DocuSign in my workflow and wasn't really sure about how to make sure the information is properly passed with the custom fields being filled for me. This is helpful because I wasn't really understanding the developer documentation that AC has available. I'm sure I will figure it out this week but let me know if you do any consulting or if you could help me out in a Zoom call. Thanks!

Hi Max, do you know if a connection between Vimeo's email capture and Activecampaign is possible? I want to have it so whenever someone submits their email into my Vimeo video form they are automatically added to Activecampaign for further automation etc. But can't seem to figure it out. Thanks

Hey Naidoom! Great question! I haven't tried this myself yet, but I just Googled a bit for you as I was curious. It looks like there isn't a direct integromat with ActiveCampaign from within Vimeo, so usually I then look into Integromat or Zapier as you can use those to connect tools with each other. But unfortunately, it looks like both Integromat & Zapier don't support this. So a workaround would be to create a free MailChimp account & use the native integration in Vimeo so that new leads automatically get added to MailChimp. Then, you'll have to create a 'bridge' to automatically transfer those leads from MailChimp to ActiveCampaign. You could create this bridge with, for example, Integromat. Trigger the scenario when I new contact is created in MailChimp, create the contact in ActiveCampaign, and delete the contact from MailChimp. It's a bit of a clunky solution, but you only have to set it up once. Good luck! Hope this helps.

Setting up a webhook via the settings (not via an automation) is severely flawed at the moment, as per the admission of the very AC tech team: no matter which AC list you select, your webhook won't respect that choice and will be triggered by any of the lists in your account. I am in the process of trying the webhook connection set up via an automation. I was told by the guys that one works fine.
