Great video, thank you. I have been suffering with chronic lower back pain for over 10 years and no treatment has so far worked. It appears the mri scan showed leakage from L3 and L4 and was told this may be causing some irritation. I was prescribed pain killers. The pain resides on either side of my spine and causes a constant ache which wakes me at night. No matter what exercises i do the stiffness and pain return within minutes, even if the exercises feel good. Walking down stairs i feel numbness in both my lower legs and lower back. I am lost as what to do. A prime example, the jefferson curl feels amazing but standing back up causes extreme pain. The only time when my back doesnt cause pain is when i am riding my sports style motorbike, working out after a good warm up and sleeping until the 4hr mark when the pain and stiffness wakes me. Any suggestions??
